GMAW/ FCAW on Pipe

This advanced course on GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) on Pipe is designed to elevate your welding skills to meet ISO standards. The course includes 120 hours of hands-on training in various pipe welding positions: 2G (Horizontal weld), 5G (Fixed position pipe), and 6G (Pipe at a 45-degree upright angle), all welded with corresponding welding wire. Your 6G position welding specimens will undergo mechanical testing to meet ASME Section 9 code standards and ASME B31.3 (Standard Pipe Construction code) VT acceptance criteria. In addition to practical skills, you will be tested on lecture-based educational knowledge to fulfill lab and class hours. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion in FCAW and GMAW on Pipe.
